A healthy lifestyle is very important in today's world a good physc will prevent with many diseases.People do full body workout everyday which can be dangerous It can heavy four your muscle to train everyday two three days in a week will be more beneficial and body recover in s proper time.A full body workout can be done in proper guidance of the trainer with a strict diet in a gym.
