Only a Delhiite can answer this question correctly. As far as I am concerned, I think the work done by Kejriwal government in last few years in Delhi are praiseworthy. So I don’t think Kejriwal government’s effect is diluting in Delhi.

Check on Delhi pollution, relaxation in school fee, Mohalla clinic, and the decline in electricity bill amount –Arvind Kejriwal and his government has performed well on all these issues. There are many challenges that the government faced because of Delhi not having the full statehood. It was often found caught in a row with many government departments including police, administration, and judiciary.
Although the government is weakening on the political grounds, that does not mean that its effect is lessening in any way. We need to wait for next Vidhan Sabha elections to see how effective Kejriwal government still is. We can’t ignore its poor performance in the Lok Sabha elections though.
