Well, most of the people around us have one recurring dream and that is ways to find out different ways to lose fat from the body. But for them exercise seems to be impossible, there is no doubt that balanced diet and some exercise will give you rid of those extra kilos but don’t worry if exercise is not your thing. Here are some simple steps through which you can get a perfect body which you desire.
· Hydrate yourself : Drinking water, at least eight big glasses a day not only hydrates you and removes those extra toxins but also help you shed some extra pounds specially in the midsection of the body.

· Practice Good Posture : Changing the way you carry yourself and sit won’t make your fat disappear but it will make you look slimmer by helping your body fat distribute properly rather than gathering at the midsections.
