It’s an unfortunate truism of the digital era that email marketing is no longer the best way to reach your audience. In a world where inboxes are bombarded with messages every day, it’s becoming harder and harder for businesses to make their emails stand out from the crowd. On top of this, it can be tough to target relevant keywords or send personalized messages with traditional email marketing campaigns — not exactly desirable in this data-driven world.

With social media now an integral part of society, there has never been a better platform for companies to connect with their audiences in real time.

No. we can't just say like this that social media is capturing the whole place of email marketing. These two are different criteria with different benefits. In modern society, social media is increasing rapidly but at the same time email are also used. There are approximately 3.8 billion users on email while social media consists only 3.4 billion. Emails have been in use by ages. It is seen that 60% consumers have made through email marketing whereas social media makes 20% consumers.
