1. Spicy Ginger Tea
Ingredients Required: Ginger, Water and Honey.
Instructions to make: Add 2 tablespoons of freshly shredded ginger to a glass of water. Use a saucer to bring the water to a boil and let it steep for at least 15 minutes. Ingredients Required: Onion and Honey.
Instructions to make: Extract raw onion juice and mix with an equal amount of honey. Allow the mixture to stand for at least 3-4 hours before using. You can have a tablespoon of the mixture thrice a day.
