This surgery is done for such persons who have suffered from injured joint, damaged joint over a long time, etc. The arthroscopy can be done on knee, shoulder, elbow, hip, ankle, wrist, foot, etc. During the surgery, a tool called arthroscope is put inside the joints of these parts.
