Have Supplements 

Consuming an adequate supply of vitamins and minerals is critical for healthy hair. For example, Vitamin D promotes new follicles production and, hence, supports hair growth.    

Similarly, Vitamin B7 (Biotin) is useful in keratin production and stimulating hair growth. A deficiency of iron leads to an improper supply of oxygen.
