A Glimpse of a Life of the Top-Notch Business Tycoon, Aqeel Karim Dhedhi

“Where there's a will, there's a way”, this proverb defines the ultimate hard work and courage that a renowned business tycoon MR. Aqeel Karim Dhedhi showed throughout in his life. Not only this, even after facing tons of allegations and propaganda, he moved forward and stabilizes Pakistan’s economy with his experience and vision.

Aqeel Karim Sahab was born in Karachi in 1957 and spent half of his childhood in the Middle East. Since his teenage, Aqeel Karim Dhedhi has had a desire to become a businessman. He used to go on a business trip with his father and brother. Aqeel Karim was never into studies, and all he wanted is to become a businessman only that he becomes later in his life. Once their business faces a loss of 8000 Rs. at that moment he realized the value of money. His father was his mentor and by following his father footsteps, Aqeel Karim Dhedi became what he is today.

Aqeel Karim Dhedhi began his career in 1976 in the stock market since then he is ruling over Pakistan’s stock capital as the King of Stock. He set his first office in 1984 and took an official flight towards the success. With his passion and constant dedication, he soon became a jack of all trades and started multiple ventures like AKD Securities, Call centre, Cattle shows, and others. Among other things, Mr. Dhedhi also supports new business startups with his company TMT Ventures. This company not only provide funds to support the innovative ideas of fresh graduates but also works as a business incubator by providing proper training to them.

Not only a successful businessman but Aqeel Sahab is also a successful philanthropist who believes in making difference in others life. Though he faced severing criticism that doesn’t stop him to serve mankind and appreciated worldwide. He has dependably been enjoying philanthropy work and furthermore served in as a trustee of welfare associations like Shaukat Khanum Hospital, Indus Hospital, Agha Khan Hospital and WMO (World Memon Organization).

Mr Dhedhi has a firm believer of women empowerment, therefore, he distributed some of his ventures among his daughters who are the business smoothly under his supervision. He has also dedicated his earnings to the schools and hospitals of Memon community and introduced a newspaper named “Memon Awaz”.

AKD Investments, one of the successful initiative taken by Mr Dhedhi which is aiding and saving many lives in Pakistan and also flourishing the economic growth of Pakistan. Islam is everything for Aqeel Sahab and he strictly follows the teaching of Islam and helps the needy people.

The best thing about Mr Dhedhi is that he is relentless. He never will in general stop in his method for growth and development. "I have seen my dad working at the age of 86, 87", he once said. So perhaps this thirst of development is in his bloodline which makes him a definitive visionary of the period.
