The nutrients are very much important because Carbohydrates, fats, and protein will provide the energy which your body needs to carry out all the biochemical reaction that comes throughout the day. It will also help to maintain body structures like fats, proteins, and minerals are considered as raw materials which build and maintain the tissue, organs and bones and teeth. Wheat germ is the part of wheat that germinates to grow into a plant which is very good for health and it is also a good source of fiber. Oats are rich in complex carbohydrates as well as water-soluble fiber which helps slow digestion down and stabilizes levels of blood glucose.

Vegetables are very good for the human body and it is filled with more nutrients. Broccoli is rich in fiber, potassium, calcium which helps to reduce the risk of heart disease. The eggs are very good for the health and it can be consumed into a lot of ways. The yolk contains the majority of the vitamins and minerals.
