One of the most commonly recommended drinks for glowing skin is fresh coconut water. It helps with hydration, and many people believe proper hydration makes skin look fresher and healthier. Coconut water also contains minerals and antioxidants that may support overall skin health.

Another very popular option is a smoothie made with fruits like papaya, berries, or pomegranate because they contain vitamins and antioxidants linked with skin care benefits. Honestly, no single food can magically create glowing skin overnight, but staying hydrated and eating nutrient-rich foods consistently usually makes the biggest visible difference over time.

For me cucumber juice works the best, it helps to moisturize the skin, and make it more glowing. It makes your skin look fresh and youthful.

I tell you about one magical drink that will surely help you in getting radiant and glowing skin. Have you ever heard about Fenugreek seed? It is commonly referred as ‘Methi’ in Hindi and easily available in Indian kitchens.

All you need to do is add some fenugreek seeds to a glass of water at night and let them soak the entire night. In the morning, drink the water with empty stomach. Do it religiously, for a glowing skin. Fenugreek seeds have a significant amount of antioxidants that fight the free radicals to give you flawless skin.

Apart of getting glowing skin, you will see improvement in your hair. I have been drinking this water for a long time and trust me, it works. This water also helps in moisturizing and nourishing yourskin and removes all traces of dryness. You can also grind the soaked fenugreek seeds and apply as a pack on your face (natural exfoliating agent) or on your scalp (helps with dandruff). Fenugreek seeds also help in good digestion, reduce bad cholesterol and menstrual cramps in body.
