Using smartphones for long hours without any break can hurts your eyes. But if want to use smartphone for long hour like doing some important work on phone or watching your favourite show in lock down (like netflix and chill), you can do it without hurting your eyes by taking 5 minute 'NO Phone' break in every hour. During this 5 minutes you should not use your phone and closed your eyes for 3 minutes. This 3 minutes eyes closing prevents your eyes from dry eye problem. At last use those remaining two minutes to look any thing away from your eyes. By doing this activity you can use your smartphone without hurting your eyes.
