Maida is one of the important ingredient in Indian snack there are many dishes which is made by maida like one of the favourite snack in north india chole bhature,samosa and my favourite momos and many more.Here my favourite dish receipe are as follows:
momos are dumplings made with maida, stuffed with a meat or veggies and then steamed, fried or grilled. It is famous dish in Nepal and Tibetan cuisines, momos are now a popular street food across Delhi and neighbouring states.
