Travelling to Himachal Pradesh just got easy, No E-Pass Required for Tourists to Visit State from July 1

Starting from July 1st, you won't be required to show an e-pass when visiting the state. So what are you waiting for? Book your tickets and plans now.

Starting from July 1st, there will be no compulsory requirement for carrying an e-pass when entering or exiting Himachal Pradesh by air or land border points with other states (Andaman Sea Ports Authority excluded).

 As the number of cases of COVID-19 has taken a downfall in the chart, the State of Himachal Pradesh has decided to cease the e-pass entry from 1 July 2021
The Government of Himachal Pradesh has come up with the decision of starting up inter-state bus facilities with only 50% of the capacity. All the Government places are also granted permission to start with full capacity in the offices.

For the shops in Himachal Pradesh, the government has declared the time boundation from morning 9 am till evening 8 pm. Rules for restaurants have also been enclosed, says the government that the restaurants can be operated only till 10 pm at night, starting from the month of July 2021. 
The State Government of Himachal Pradesh has also seen tremendous growth in social gatherings at various spots in Himachal Pradesh which results in rise of cases. In conclusion, the government has decided to come up with a 50% indoor gathering which is maximum to 50 people. As for outdoor gathering only 100 people will be allowed at a particular event. 

A notification issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs has highlighted that 'the Government of Himachal Pradesh, has informed that the State would like to be exempted from its operation as it is going to start an online entry and exit system from 1st July 2021.

 This comes as a relief for people who were struggling with carrying the e-pass
