Anesthesiologists are medical professionals that focus on administering anaesthesia, or chemicals that block pain and may put you to sleep, to patients before, during, and after surgery. They also monitor patients while they are still experiencing the side effects of these medications.
Anesthesiologists' duties include keeping an eye on and controlling the patient's important bodily processes, such as breathing, blood pressure, body temperature, and fluid balance. To create the best environment for a safe and effective surgery, manage the patient's pain and degree of consciousness.

An anesthesiologist is a medical doctor who specializes in administering anesthesia, the medical treatment that keeps you from feeling pain. They assess your health and make decisions about your anesthesia care, based on the risks and benefits of the procedure. Anesthesiologists also develop anesthetic plans and monitor vital signs during surgery to ensure a safe and effective experience. They also play a role in the recovery room, monitoring your vital signs and ensuring that you are as comfortable as possible. Additionally, anesthesiologists have important responsibilities before, during, and after a surgery or procedure.
