The most famous dish of Rajasthan is none other than Dal baati churma. It is the signature dish of Rajasthan. Some more Rajasthan food includes Papad ki Sabzi, Gatte ki Sabzi, Bajre ki roti and Lehsun ki chutney, Ker Sangri and ghevar. Baati is made with whole wheat flour over direct fire/coal where its outings are hard-round shaped and is soft from inside. Churma is basically a sweet dish that is eaten along with dal baati.
