1. Tomatoes

A powerful source of the antioxidant lycopene, tomatoes prevent premature aging and help to protect skin from the damaging effects of the sun. According to a report, persons who consume a diet rich in tomatoes suffers minimal sun damage after being exposed to UV rays, as compared to those who don't include tomatoes in their diet.

2. Grapes

Full of vitamin C, when consumed in fresh produce, helps reverse skin damage caused by the sun and pollutants. It stimulates collagen production, causing new skin growth, wrinkle reduction and an overall smoother texture.

3. Pomegranates

4. Bell Peppers

Contain tons of vitamin C that fights free radicals and keeps skin looking youthful. They also have anti-inflammatory properties that keep you from looking bloated.

5. Kiwi

Rich in vitamin E which is a natural skin moisturizer. Kiwi is also an excellent source of dietary fiber that helps in get rid of toxins from the body. Juice kiwi or add them to a fruit salad.
