  1. Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.Yes ,going to bed on right time is very neccessary. You can get more time in the morning for a walk or exercise. Start your day with lukewarm water.Everybody is suggesting water with honey and lemon.but I think honey now a days dont available in pure form so I ll suggest only water.Letsdiskuss
    1. Give some time to meditation or yoga.If you haven’t enough time for those then spend some time with your family.Talk to them .Listen to your favourite songs.Watch comedy shows like The Kapil sharma show or anyone which you like.
    2. Remember your good memories once in a day.You will feel fresh and good.
    3. Try to quit your bad habits. All to do is only determination. You can do anything once you have decided. If you are fond of sweets or junk food then try alternates like fruits ,dry fruits or healthy snacks .
    4. Love your body.Give only 30 minutes to your body from your busy schedule.Go for a walk or do exercise daily. You may join any dance class or aerobics class. You can also use fitness trackers to track your fitness routine. Before purchasing, check its reviews on DrinkQii
    5. Switch to homemade foods.Avoid eating outside. If you are caught in a situation you have no option then go for fruits ,salads, soups without butter.
    6. Enjoy natural enviornment.Give a chance to your body to enjoy sunshine, fog ,rain, cool breeze.A.C. or blower make your skin dull and weaken your immune system.

Every one dreams of getting a set routine and a balanced lifestyle all day every day (even if its subconsciously) that not only makes us look good but also makes us feel good. For example, eating healthier, working out, taking care of our skin etc. However, let’s face it. These things are easier said than done. Nobody has the kind of patience and time to stick to half of these things that keep doing the rounds on the internet. However, here are certain small and easy tips that you can try and incorporate into your daily routine that will make you feel less guilty about not making any changes and push you one step closer to the kind of lifestyle you want.

1. Every morning after waking up, drink a glass of warm water with some lemon squeezed in it. It’s a great way to kick start your digestion for the day and helps increase metabolism.

2. Incorporate some form of protein in your breakfast- eggs, nut butters, yoghurt etc.

3. Drink at least 2 liters of water.

4. Eat frequently and in moderation. Don’t binge on a bag of chips and then skip lunch out of guilt. That’s totally the wrong way to go about your diet. Instead keep fruits/ tea/ coffee as your healthy snack option.

5. Take a shower. Even if it’s cold outside.

6. Don’t go to bed with a face full of make-up. Always clean your face. Once in the morning, and once before going to bed.

7. Moisturize your face and don’t forget your neck!

8. Take out at least 10 minutes every day to do some kind of a work out. There are plenty short routines available on YouTube. And if that’s not your cup of tea, opt for walking around instead.

9. Go to bed earlier by 1 hour. If you sleep at 12, try going to bed by 11 instead.

10. Leave your mobile phone in the far corner of your room, at least an hour before bed time. Do some book reading, (not anything electronics based) or write in a journal instead. Studies show, mobile phones, TV, and computers emit radiations that are known to cause disturbed sleep and induce stress.

Hi..

Well i follow simple and natural routine like, Morning walk or cycling , healthy breakfast, medium lunch and dinner very light. 3-4 litters of water intake.

I mostly concentrate on proteins and minerals for consumption and most of the time i avoid junk foods.

Weekends swimming, football, or some physical activities which also includes cycling, running, dance, disco, sexual session with my wife. (Physical close session with partner results positive cure of depression and anxiety) so In medical terms i would say sexual session is part of healthy lifestyle.

Eating a healthy, balanced diet will help: aim to cut down on foods that are high in saturated fat and sugar, and eat plenty of fruit and vegetables. Don't forget that alcohol is also high in calories, so cutting down can help you to control your weight.

I trust in to eat healthy food , usually I avoid outside food .

Wake Up Early

"The early morning has gold in its mouth," said Benjamin Franklin.

You would have perused this guidance a zillion occasions, yet trust me it works, it truly does.

One exceptionally critical advantage of awakening early is diminished feeling of anxiety. When you rise early, it kills the need to surge toward the beginning of the day. You would then be able to begin your day on a hopeful note and such energy regularly remains with you for the duration of the day.

Likewise When you are in agreement with the nature's cycle, nature will favor you with great wellbeing.

I am surprised this question was asked to me because I tell you what, I am not a fitness fanatic myself. I have my days when I don't want to get out of my couch and work out or want to eat whatever the hell I want but I definitely have come a long way in my pursuit of fitness and even though it took me 24 years to realize how important that was I think I am doing okay now.

Coming to things I do to stay healthy:-

  1. I opt to do some form of physical activity daily. If you are going to gym, 5 days a week will do. If I am not in a mood for any work out, I simply skip rope or dance. This has been a great habit to develop as I don't feel a liability. I just do what I enjoy. And trust me I have learnt to enjoy it.
  2. I make better choice in my kitchen: Cooking my own meal is one of the best habit I have picked up but if that's not possible for you, make sure to at least have one meal at home. Eating home food definitely brings you better health as you know what's going in & you can be sure of the quality of the product.
  3. Be mindful of your eating choices: Now I am not saying all the time but the least you can do is make conscious choice when it comes to consuming anything. Avoid processed food and sugar.
  4. Keep hydrated! And I don't mean you drink gallons of water but at least 4–5L per day sufficient to keep your body hydrated.
