I would to share my daily routine , which I used to make myself fit and healthy. I just prefer to wake up early in the morning, do some simple exercises that include yoga, jogging, and meditation.They  both keep me fresh and active whole day

Eat healthy food, drink more water and do exercise daily. Avoid fast food and outside food. Take enough sleep daily.
