The immune system protects us from various bacteria, viruses and toxins which somewhat grows in your bodies due to infections and at times due to some diseases, our immune system makes sure to eliminate every foreign bodies and malignant cells from our body. While looking at the current scenario, the need for a better and stronger immune system is an asset as of now, who wants to catch cold and cough or even infections during such a crucial time, absolutely no one.
