Green tea is stuffed brimming with wellbeing advancing mixes. Routinely drinking green tea can assist you with getting in shape and decrease your danger of a few illnesses, including diabetes, coronary illness and malignancy. Drinking three to five cups of green tea every day is by all accounts ideal to receive the most wellbeing rewards.

Green tea is without any doubt one of the healthiest beverage, and I completely agree with it as I have reaped a lot of benefits from it. Green tea contains high doses of essential nutrients and antioxidants and therefore it offers multiple benefits when consumed on a regular basis.

Some of the major benefits of green tea that I can tell you are:

1. Improved brain function: This is one of the major green tea benefits that one should know. It contains stimulants that are known to improve brain functions. Therefore, green tea works better than your coffee.
2. Helps in weight loss: Everyone of you must be knowing that drinking green tea daily can help you lose extra fats from the body. However, did you know it helps in boosting the metabolism and improves the physical performances? That’s why you can get slimmer.
3. Lowers risk of extreme health conditions: The risk of threatening diseases such as Alzheimers, cancer, and so on can be reduced if you consume green tea on daily basis.

There are still many more benefits of green tea such as you can live longer, reduce cardio risks and diabetes, improve teeth health, and lots more. I have one cup of green tea daily. You can have maximum of two cups. Stay healthy!
