If your breakfast doesn't already come with a side of veggies, add them to help provide minerals that promote beautiful skin, such as potassium and magnesium. Other foods that can help promote beautiful skin include nuts, fruit, yogurt with live active cultures, healthy fats like olive oil or avocado, and whole grains like whole-wheat pieces of bread or oatmeal.
