There are countless tips and advice out there for women, but what about men? It isn’t as if they only exist on the opposite gender, right?

1. Men don’t need as much sleep as women.
Women need about 7–8 hours of sleep a night, while men only need about 6. Once a man hits 35, though, he should strive for 8 hours every night since he’s aging.
2. The average woman has between 10 and 20 hair strands that fall out each day. For men? It’s 90–100 hair strands per day.
