The first quarter of 2018 is almost over and we have alreay witnessed a few exciting launches in the market like Mahindra Mojo UT and TVS Apache RTR 200 4V. The rest of 2018 looks quite promising and the market will see the launch of many new motorcycles.

1. Jawa 350cc

Expected launch date: End 2018

This bike from Mahindra will get retro-styling to take on the Royal Enfield range of motorcycles but parts will be from the modern era. Actual pictures of the motorcycle are not out yet so I can't tell how exactly it will look like but the retro styling of the bike has been confirmed.

2. Royal Enfield Continental GT

Expected launch date: April 2018

Royal Enfield discontinued the Continental GT 535 to make way for the new, more powerful Continental GT 650. The new parallel-twin engine will power the bike and the specifications will be similar.

3. Honda CB Hornet 160R ABS

Honda showcased the updated 2018 Hornet 160R at the 2018 Auto Expo. The bike will be launched in India this month. The design of the motorcycle remains same as the previous generation model. The changes include all-new LED headlamp and a single-channel ABS.

4. Royal Enfield Interceptor

Expected Launch Date: End of March

The motorcycle will be powered by 650cc parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine that develops a maximum power of 46 Bhp and 52 Nm of peak torque. The Royal Enfield Interceptor is expected to carry a price tag of around Rs. 3 lakh when launched.

5. Hero XPluse

Expected Launch Date: Mid 2018

The bike will be powered by a 200 cc engine from the Xtreme 200S that churns out a maximum of 18 Bhp-17 Nm.
