If you are suffering from constipation, it is important to find the cause of it. Factors like age, diet, and lifestyle all play a big role in how often a person experiences constipation and what kind of symptoms they have. While there is no one diet that will work for everyone when treating their constipation problems, eating plenty of natural or raw fruits and vegetables can help alleviate the problem or at least make it more manageable.
