Exercising helps to build stronger muscle tissues and increases the energy of body. Generally a person will notice results and changes in the body after two weeks of regular activity. Exercise delivers more oxygen and nutrients to body tissues and helps cardiovascular organs to function more efficiently. And when the heart and lung health improve, you have more energy to do daily work. Research says that sweating it out for 30 minutes every day is enough to lose unwanted weight and in one month anyone can see the results in terms of fitness.A healthy body can increase the self confidence too.

Regular exercise helps the body to be fit and agile.It builds and improves muscle strength along with improved stamina and energy to do your daily chores.Exercise makes your heart stronger and it functions in a much better way It regularize the blood pressure..Exercising helps the brain functions in a better way as chemical and hormonal changes occur in the brain after work out.Healthy lifestyle changes overall health and helps in getting proper sleep.
