We all have, every now and then heard of the phrase, “water is the magical potion that will solve all your problems”. For many of us, remembering to have enough water intake on a daily basis can be a difficult task. In such a case, reminding yourself of its benefits can help motivate you to drink more water, specially in the winter time when we don’t really feel the need to quench our thirst. Water has many benefits that include the following-

· It Helps to keep your body hydrated, increasing your energy levels and overall performance.

· A well hydrated person rarely ever has bad skin. This is another one of the amazing side effects that drinking lots of water has.

· Water is known to help with weight loss. Often times, when we are thirsty, our brain actually mistakes it for hunger and we end up binge eating. Always drink water first to make sure that you’re not thirsty.

· Drinking at least 2 liters of water on a daily basis helps to keep your digestive system working efficiently and prevents constipation.

· It also helps to prevent head aches and kidney stones.

· It boosts the immune system and protects you from a variety of diseases.

· Water also helps to flush out toxins from the body. This will elevate your mood and make you feel fresh and rejuvenated.

To prevent dehydration, you need to drink adequate amounts of water. There are many different opinions on how much water you should be drinking every day. Health authorities commonly recommend eight 8-ounce glasses, which equals about 2 liters, or half a gallon.

As per this Scientific American page Strange yet True: Drinking Too Much Water Can Kill solid kidneys can ***** out 800 to 1,000 ml of water for every hour, so to free the body the 2 liters of water - accepting you aren't got dried out and needing recharging - would take 2 to 2.5 hours.

Indeed, even is you had the capacity to chug that 2 liters inside a moment, and keep in, which I question, as long as a while later you don't drink any longer no issues, you'll free yourself of the abundance of water after those 2 to 2.5 hours, quicker if a short time later you practice in a hot situation so perspiring a great deal (likewise an approach to lose liquid from one's body).

Drinking around 2 liters of water daily can help the body stay hydrated, improve digestion, support skin health, and reduce headaches caused by dehydration. Many people also feel more energetic when they drink enough water consistently. However, the exact amount needed depends on weather, body size, physical activity, and health conditions. Some people need more than 2 liters, especially during hot weather or workouts. Water alone is not a magical health fix, but dehydration definitely affects mood, concentration, and energy levels. Honestly, many people start feeling better simply because they replace sugary drinks with proper water intake.

The European Food Safety Authority prescribes that ladies should drink about 1.6 liters of liquid and men should drink about 2.0 liters of liquid every day. ... You get about 20% of your water each day through nourishment so a general standard is to drink 2 liters of water multi day

Water Helps Maintain Normal Bowel Function. Adequate hydration keeps things flowing along your gastrointestinal tract and prevents constipation. When you don't get enough fluid, the colon pulls water from stools to maintain hydration -- and the result is constipation. "Adequate fluid and fiber is the perfect combination, because the fluid pumps up the fiber and acts like a broom to keep your bowel functioning properly," says Koelemay.

Your kidneys can only filter so much water at one time. If you are drinking water to toxic levels, it can have deadly effects. Your body loses about 2 liters or 66 ounces of water per day via your urine, sweat, breathing and bowel movements. ... I can drink 1.8 litres of water within 10 minutes and feel completely fine.

What do you hope to occur?

I had seen a road player with snakes drinking at least 2 liters of water before gulping little snakes. He was consistent and had the ability to play out his show without a wreck.

Your stomach may swell out because of filling and feeling overwhelming for quite a while, at that point these emotions will die down bit by bit and you will feel OK.
