Water is a very important substance of our body. We should drink 2 liters water daily. If you drink water daily you'll stay healthy. Body Skin will also glowing. Waste product of the body will also excrete through sweat and urine. It also help us from dehydration,Loose weighting,Helping in constipation,Helpful in headache also.

I love drinking water - I am 45 years old and most of my friends my age has some wrinkles already - I have none. I believe that this is because I drink alot of water. Our bodies are 70% water!

I had seen a road player with snakes drinking at least 2 liters of water before gulping little snakes. He was consistent and had the ability to play out his show without a wreck.
