There are many actually… There are many food items that are super healthy and yet they remain quite underrated and underappreciated.

Dates for instance. They are packed with vitamin A, potassium, iron and other important nutrients. And yet I don't see many people eating them.

Shrimps are other food items that are rich in important nutrients, including protein, omega-3 fatty acids, and Vitamin B12. In addition, they also carry very fewer calories. And yet they usually get overlooked by many in the crowd of other seafood like salmon, oysters, and trout.

Do a bit more research. If possible, talk to a professional dietician or nutritionist before planning your diet.
The key is knowing what fitness/health goals you're chasing. Once you know that, you can devise your food chart. Identify the nutrients in each food and then weigh in your goals to choose which super healthy food is most appropriate and for what time.
