Hypertension is the condition of body blood pressure increases. In other words, it is a state of body where people suffers from high blood pressure. blood pressure is defined as the force acting against walls of blood vessels by blood. It causes serious diseases like heart attack, cardiovascular disease,etc. It can be controlled by regular physical exercise, correct treatment and medication, healthy diet include proper quantity of salt, boycotting alcohol consumption, maintaining weight. Some factors that led hypertension are diabetes, kidney diseases, obesity, etc.

Hypertension means high blood pressure.This actually means the force and pressure with which blood flows and hits on the walls of the blood vessels.High blood pressure can lead to severe heart health issues like heart attack,strokes and death if not unchecked. Hence keeping blood pressure under control is very important maintaining good health and reducing the risk of these problems.

Once diagnosed with hypertension the person has to make changes to his lifestyle. People should exercise on at least 5 days of the week like walking, jogging, cycling, or swimming.

They should reduce salt intake in their diet and also make changes in the dietary intake like increasing consumption of vegetables and fruits.

Blood pressure depends on the force a person’s blood exerts against the walls of their blood vessels and the resistance of the blood vessels against the exertion.This makes the heart work harder Hypertension is the major risk factor for heart diseases and hence should not be ignored.As this can lead to heart attacks,strokes and even sudden death.

Managing stress can help a person control blood pressure.Meditation,yoga, and long walks are relaxation techniques that helps to relieve stress.

Excess weight can contribute to hypertension. So keeping the body weight under control is also very important.
