In astrology mars, venus, mercury, Jupiter and Saturn are the planets ruling over dual signs. Out of these venus, mercury and Jupiter are natural benefics.
According to rishi parashar, Planets haveing dual signs and are natural benificial , ruling over Kendra houses, looses its energy or the benificial effects in there Mahadashas and anterdashas.

When a Kendra lord namely 1st, 4th, 7th and 10th occupies kendra house, Kendra AdthiPathiya Dosha or Yoga happens.
If it is 1st then it becomes Sasa Yoga.
If it in other houses, this creates problems for both houses.

The kendradhipati dosha is a combination of the three doshas: vata, pitta, and kapha. It has been theorized that it forms when all three doshas are in harmony. For example if you have an excess of vata in your body, you would form a vata-kendradipati dosha. The traits associated with kendradhipati dosha are related to these qualities such as being light and mobile with good senses of touch and taste.
The Kendradhipati dosha is named after the natural benefic planets. However, if it is a natural malefic planet, it is known as Kendradhipati yoga, or when a natural malefic owns a quadrant house, it is an advantage, and when a natural benefic owns a quadrant house, it is a disadvantage.
