Keto diet is the diet which contains low carbohydrates and high fat diet. The diet is used to lower the blood sugar level and insulin levels. This leads to shifting of body metabolism towards fats and ketones from carbs.

Low carb vegetables
The diet has its own harmful effects like low blood pressure, constipation, nutrient deficiency, and increases the risk of heart diseases. The one suffering from medical conditions involving pancreas, liver, thyroid or gallbladder are suggested not to follow the Keto diet.
