Stand-up comedy is a style of act in which a comedian performs in front of a live audience, usually interacting with them. The performer is known as a stand-up comedian or simply a stand-up.
In stand-up comedy the comedian usually talks in a fast-paced manner humorous stories, short jokes and one-liners,one after another which will leave the audience in splits and most of the time with audience applauding the act and encouraging the stand up.They enact many incidents that they have come across in their lives and also incidents which might have been a part of their own lives or family but recounted with humor.

Stand up comedy is a stage where people come to entertain us. There is one person standing in front of the audiences to do some comedy.
