Many people in this world often confused between cheese, butter and makhan today we will see what's the difference between three of them.

Butter and cheese are made by the milk the main difference between in this two is the butter has mostly milk fat it has 80% percentage of milk fat and on the other side cheese is mainly of milk protein cheese is a curdled form of milk and butter is a cream of milk.cheese is made by milk protein called casein, butter is made by separating the fats from the milk. Makhan is a hindi version of butter in villages butter is known as makhan they made natural butter by the milk which is very healthy to eat as compared to the butter which are packed in markets.Butter and makhan both are good but eating limited will be healthy and contains good amount of fat which is very important for a body to work.
