Hi Both are the sides of the same coin but with some difference like .
Hiv :-
HIV is an infection or virus that human immunodeficiency weakening. The expression "HIV" represents human immunodeficiency virus . Its attacking to human immune system and make it weak. It is now possible to detect it at an early stage with the help of rapid hiv test kit.
AIDS:-
Aids full foam is ( acquired immunodeficiency syndrome ) is a disease . Hiv leads to aids and its as dangerous as cancer.
