• Green chili (cut vertically): 2
• Green onion (finely chopped): ½ cup

• Chili sauce: 1 tablespoon
• Soya sauce: 2 tablespoon

Method:

• First of all, filter semolina and corn flour and mix them. Add ginger and garlic paste, red chili powder, and salt, and prepare a solution by adding water.

• Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the dipped baby corns in the oil. After they have turned golden brown, take them out, and keep separately.

• Heat some oil in a non-stick pan. Fry ginger-garlic paste, onion, and capsicum in the oil on a low flame.

• Add chili sauce, soya sauce, and black pepper powder in the pan, and mix properly.

• Now add the cornflour mixed with water and cook for some time.

Spread and cook, mixing once in a while, until the corn turns out to be delicate. You may include some warm water (however, not required) while cooking. At last include salt and cook until the dampness from the mushrooms is consumed and the dish gets dry. Mood killer the warmth.
