Asana is the most important for our health. It is as helpful as taking medicines. Asana is of various types. Vajrasana is one of the most important asana. Vajrasana is also called as Thunderbolt Pose or Diamond Pose. It helps in digestion, strengthening muscles, keeping calm the mind and maintaining the body. But several precautions should be taken.Before doing this yoga, do checkup of your body by your doctor so that if your body posture doesn't allow you to do this, it will prevent.
