Which bowler has reached to fastest 100 wickets in ODI history ever?

This answer may surprise you but it is very true that Afghanistan spinner Rashid Khan is the fastest ever bowler to reach 100 wickets in ODI cricket. Rashid Khan achieved this feat recently, when he picked Shai Hope's wicket in the ICC World Cup Qualifier.

The 19-year-old has taken the game by storm ever since his debut in 2015 and has been a key player in Afghanistan cricket team. Due to his outstanding performances, Afghanistan has achieved a Test status. He is currently No. 2 ranked bowler in ODI cricket.

Khan created this history in just 44 ODI matches and comfortable surpassed Australian pacer Mitchell Starc's record who reached this landmark in 52 matches. The leg-spinner has played a crucial role in the qualifying matches for Afghanistan to secure their place in the next year 2019 Cricket World Cup.
