Ayurveda strictly believes in natural healing sources and it never recommends taking artificial pills or any other kind of medicine. It is strictly of that mindset of healing yourself as naturally as possible and take artificial medicines only in very urgent cases. The same way, for weight loss, Ayurveda says to do yoga regularly, sleep and wake up on time, avoid smoking and drinking and have balanced meals and at the right time.
