Cornflakes - The base elements of cornflakes ( prepackaged - accessible in market) are corn. sugar, malt seasoning, and high fructose corn syrup. It has much more added sugar than thought about solid ( around 12 g for each 100g of serving). To be expected, It has an exceptionally high Glycemic Index. At any rate not suggested for diabetic and pre diabetic.

Popcorn-If air-popped and gently prepared, at that point can be considered as solid bite. Notwithstanding, the additional margarine, sugar, and salt make this undesirable.
