I already have both gifts Because I have the ability to dance and sing. I come at this question with gratitude and am thankful that I have the ability to do both.

I also love to do both! I sing and I dance. My life is a mix of both. Singing comes from the soul and dancing is spirit filled. It won't matter that you're "talented" because the true talent comes from the passion you exude when you participate in both!

So I will choose dancing as it improves the endurance of body muscles, allowing them to work harder for longer periods of time without feeling tired. Dancing also raises the body's heart rate to heighten stamina.
