The founder of Harley Davidson was William S. Harley . He was also an American entrepreneur. He was born in 1880. And was interested in the development of the bicycle. His friend Arthur Davidson began outfitting bicycles with a motorized engine. The Harley Davidson Motor Company was formed by two brothers Davidson's and Harley Davidson. This company was formed in 1903. He started his career at the age of 15 and was considered as the youngest person.

,and William A. Davidson. It was one of the two major American motorcycle manufacturers to survive the Great Depression which occurred during 1930's. In India , the branch of the company is based in Gurgaon , Haryana.
