who invented car?

Car is the biggest transportation system in our world. It is a biggest and very useful invention of our science. The first car which works on steam powered was invented by Ferdinand Verbiest in 1672 in China. But it was Nicholas Cugnot who design and built the first car. Also, a swiss inventor, Francois Isaac Rivaz has designed and invented the car with hydrogen and oxygen as fuel. The other person who has been credited as the inventor of the car is Gottlieb Daimler but Benz was the one to get his design patented first.
