A mouse is a small handheld input device .Mouse is used to interact with the computer by clicking on the screen and it makes navigation easier. We can see a cursor on the screen of the computer and mouse controls this cursor and it moves as we start to roll the mouse on a flat surface.Mouse makes operating computer easy and fast.
The first mouse was invented in 1964 at Stanford University and it had one button on its top with a wooden body. The creator of the mouse was researcher Douglas Engelbart at the Standford Research institute.This mouse could only be moved from side to side or forwards and backwards.It did not function as smoothly as the current mouse.
