Who is dimple Kapadia?

Dimple Kapadia (born June 8, 1957) is an Indian actress who is best known for her work in Hindi films. She was born and raised in Mumbai, India, to wealthy parents who encouraged her to pursue her dream of becoming an actress. She got her first break in the film industry thanks to her father's efforts. At the age of 14, she was found by filmmaker Raj Kapoor, who cast her in the title character in his teen romance Bobby (1973), which was a box office hit and gave her widespread notoriety. She married actor Rajesh Khanna and left acting shortly before the film's release in 1973. In 1984, two years after her divorce from Khanna, Kapadia returned to the screen. Her comeback film, Saagar, released a year later, reignited her career.
