Who is the president of Ukraine?

President of Ukraine is Volodymyr Zelenskyy. He was born in Lviv, Ukraine on October 19, 1976. After serving in the State Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) under President Leonid Kuchma and as Secretary of the National Security Council under President Viktor Yanukovych, Zelenskyy began his acting career by appearing in the Ukrainian soap opera The Desperate Souls. He later ventured into film roles before entering politics with his election to the Verkhovna Rada in 2012. In May 2019 he was selected as Prime Minister of Ukraine by President Petro Poroshenko after winning a run-off election against Yulia Tymoshenko.
