Talking strictly about the Net Worth, Star Wars Franchise has a far higher worth than Harry Potter. While the former is estimated to be worth over $30 Billion (and counting), Harry Potter is worth at $25 Billion.

On the Critical Reception front, both the movies have done well with the top critics and rating websites.

They both are cultural phenomena. They both have affected a generation. And they both have a massive following on the global scale. So, as enticing as it is to compare the both franchise:
