Why do so many people dislike working at Amazon?

Amazon is an American E-commerce giant. Amazon is one of the most profits making E-commerce worldwide like Flipkart, Alibaba & other E-commerce giants of the world. But there is a saying every coin has two sides. Indeed. The same applies in the case of Amazon E-commerce giant. Many employees want to resign or want to reject the job offering. There are many reasons such as:
• Amazon is mismanaged. The top-level management gives much power & authority in the hands of middle level management & pressurize them to finish the work in limited time period.
• Amazon company does everything is customer-centric. This is excellent but simultaneously employees get a very limited time to finish the tasks.
• Amazon has trust issues within different departments of the organization related to work & other internal issues.
• Escalation is discourages. Yes, despite being world’s one the best E-commerce giant, escalation or hike is endangered. Hike for the employees are less likely to meet the employees’ expectations.
• Amazon’s one of the main leadership principles is frugality. This leadership quality has negative impact on many employees. This is of the main reasons hike in the salaries is very limited in Amazon.
There are also many reasons why employees leave Amazon despite being one of the best E-commerce giants of the world.
