Why doesn’t Melania Trump play a much active role like Michelle Obama did?

I highly doubt that will ever happen. Melania Trump doesn’t come off as an intelligent person, aspirational woman. On the other hand, Michelle Obama was/is a high education, sensitive and brave womanwho championed many social causes—be it child education, women equal pay, ***** culture, domestic violence and more.

Melania Trump is a private person who we’ve hardly heardtalk on important issues as an individual and not a First Lady. She has never opined what she thinks about these issues. Come on, the women who can defend his husband’s remark and assaults, we can’t really expect much from her, can we?! Maybe she’s like that who doesn’t speak too much, yet the position she’s in and the power she enjoys should give her the responsibility to play a more active role. Sadly, that won’t happen. And it is good actually. She visibly lacks the intelligence to handle sensitive and important issues. She’s better off trying to make headlines with her fashion.

On the other hand, Michelle Obama is a woman of class. She’s a strong, independent lady who actually made Obama rein much better. She spoke on issues that needed her to. Her views wereat times blunt and straightforward. She was extremely good at diplomacy. And even though she isn’t the First Lady anymore, she has been working for the society, along with her husband.

Absolutely!!

The very fact that she married Trump and continues to live with him, is itself a certificate of her intelligence. :) She could be a great mother /wife /fashionista but not a first lady at all. We also know that she wasn't really a part of whole story of Trump being the President....so why should she be what she is not!!

Also, she took over Michelle !! Not easy for her at all.
