The case of creating pornography films and enabling them to spread through mobile applications was first registered to the Crime Branch of Mumbai in February, this year. After making certain investigations, enough evidence got collected and all evidence pointed to Raj Kundra as the main conspirator. 

 

And the case has become very strong as Mumbai police arrested him having enough evidence proving him the ultimate conspirator.

 

Yes, he is indeed himself a big businessman and husband of famous actress Shilpa Shetty but no lawyers were available to fight against him while he was getting arrested.

In February 2021, the Mumbai police caught a pornography racket. At that time, police were able to arrest 9 members of the racket. And now police arrested Raj Kundra who is suspected to have a strong connection with this racket. 

 

The racket used to allegedly force the girls for acting in pornography films promising them the chance to act in the web series.
