A better sleep is so important to our health and face. Makeup is important to us but for a better sleep, we should remove all the makeups. Makeup prevents your skin’s natural exfoliation process. It impedes collagen production. It will clog all your pores. All unusuable chemicals sink into the skin. You will be at great risk of infection. So, forgetting removal of makeup before going to bed is disasterous to health as well as skin.

Sleeping in makeup damages your skin in so many ways. It is very important to remove makeup before bed because your face carry all that dirt.

 

1. Your skin will break out- If You Don't clean your face then the dirt under the skin cell on your face cause irritation and pimples. Your skin will look older and have wrinkles.

2. Sleeping in makeup make your acne worse.

3. You have developed rashes on face.

4. Risk of eye infection .

5. Your Skin complexion look dull.
