Yes. All deemed university seats for NEET PG are allotted exclusively through the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) under the All India Counselling process.
Unlike state universities, deemed universities do not participate in state-level admission processes. They are centrally regulated, and all seat allotments—Round 1, Round 2, Mop-Up, and Stray Vacancy—are managed by MCC only.
Deemed university seats often have:
-
Higher fee structures
-
Strong clinical exposure
-
Advanced infrastructure
-
NRI and management quota options
-
Uniform counselling rules across India
Because the process is centralised and competitive, having the right guidance is extremely important.
