Too Yumm snacks is a good option for you when you crave for snacks. These roasted super snacks are filled with fibre, protein and offer a good range of delicious flavors.

These snacks are yummy and healthy at the same time and when you are outside and want to eat something, you can grab a packet and eat with no qualms. These snacks are baked not fried, this is the plus point. You can have them anytime, anywhere and as much as your taste buds desires.

However, if you are on a strict calorie diet, I would not recommend you these snacks. They are high in calories and one packet of Too Yumm has around 450 calories. So, you should avoid eating them if you do not want to increase the intake of calories in your diet.

Too Yumm snacks promoted by Virat Kohli are not completely “healthy foods,” but they are relatively better than regular deep-fried chips. They are usually baked or cooked with healthier oils, which reduces trans fats and overall oil content. Some variants use ingredients like millets, rice, or oats, which can add slight nutritional value. However, they are still processed snacks and may contain added salt, flavors, and preservatives. This means they should be eaten only in moderation. They are fine for occasional cravings, but not a substitute for fresh fruits, nuts, or homemade healthy meals in a balanced diet.
